Modeling Medium Size Bubbles (two phase flow)

Hello,
I would like to know if someone has idea on how to model medium size bubbles (i.e. bubbles which have about 5 to 15 grid cells per diameter).

This is because to do interface tracking, one should have at least 15 cells to get appropriate results... and to do Lagrangian Particle Tracking (i.e. modeling the forces and consider the particle as a point-force) the requirement is to the bubble size should be smaller than the grid cells delta..

Therefore what to do if the bubble has about 5 to 15 cells per diameter..

I saw some papers where they extend the Lagrangian Particle Tracking to: Diameter of the Bubble = 2 * Grid size.. but not more.

Thanks
