Hi all,

I have 3D Model of object with lamp. My problem is: calculation of exposure dose. I calculate radiance in every point(written in java). I want to simulate real water flow through the object and "put" some particles in water and write down their tracks. Then I'll accumulate dose on whole track for every particle(also in java).
So the expected result from CFD Software: grid points(x,y,z) file, file with particles' tracks (arranged on the grid) - may be, it should be files with all particles coordinates for some period of time [t0,t1].
I'm newbie in CFD and the first option I choose is OpenFoam (they say it has great agreement with experiment).
I import model from .STL using Netgen. But I can't find a way to do such simulation for particles' tracks in OpenFoam. Could you, please, say me a way to do such simulation in OpenFoam or in another Software(if it will be more convenient).

p.s. don't post this thread in OpenFoam forum because, may be, this software isn't the best option for the problem.
