Grid with Pyramid elements

Hello Guys,

I am working on some problems related to Petroleum reservoir siumlation. I am using different kind of Grids in 3D. I have success fully created 3D grid with tetrahedra elements, prism elements and hexahedra elements. I need to create now pyramid elements which serve as a connection between hex and tetra mesh. Has any one know about any mesh generation in Matlab for generating pyramids. Or any neat suggestions. I know I can insert a node inside a hex and generate pyramid but thats not neat any one have any other ideas or suggestion or any code/
