Post Shock gas properties at high mach numbers
 

Hi all,

I got a question to ask regarding calculation of post shock gas properties at high Mach numbers. Should I use specific gas ratio of 1.4 or should I use another value? I knnow that post shock gas properties calculated based on calorically imperfect model and perfect gas model differ by a lot, especially at high Mach numbers, but i no clue how to use the calorically imperfect model to calculate.
