Prof. Peric has submitted his PhD in 1985 - I would be very surprised if there exists an electronic copy.

As stated with Dr. Jasak i don't think soft copy is present. I previous (about 2 years ago) i ask from Dr. S.Muzaferija (co-worker of Prof. Peric) to send a soft copy of Peric's thesis also his thesis to me but he said that there were not soft copy of them. But as an exellent thesis on unstructured FVM we recommend the thesis due to Dr. Jasak(http://www.h.jasak.dial.pipex.com/papers.html) it contain from basic idea to state-of-the-art original material related to this subject.
