Flapping wing simulation, or a robotic bird simulation!

Hello,
I am wondering how can i do a cfd simulation of a flapping wing, or a robotic bird either in fluent , Ansys or openfoam, i am familiar in the simple case where the body does not move, but can anybody show me a tutorial or a references for cases like that?
Please i need to know it for my thesis work?
