I am designing a diaphragm type micro pump (50x20x20 mm). I am having a hard time trying to forecast the performance of the pump before prototyping. Has any one done any sort of work in this area before? The pump operates at relatively high speeds (7000rpm). I have a few items that I need to solve before prototyping. They are dynamic balancing, valve design optimisation and performance calculation. There are no standard formulas or packages that can solve these problems for me. Can any one help?

We can either team with you to look at and improve your pump design, or supply you with the tools you would need to do it yourself.
