can anyone give me a code/algorithm/link to solve shocktube problem using HLLC scheme???

I dont know of any specific code for HLLC - It usually subroutine of a full CFD package. You might want to refer "Elements of Numerical Methods for Compressible Flows" by Doyle Knight

for the algorithm, and this website http://www.cfdbooks.com/cfdcodes.html

has some good codes for flux schemes like HLL to learn from. The closest I can find.
