Hello folks,
this is for sure a obvious, and probably redundant , question but I've browsing through slurry papers and books, and I've come across the following terminology:Settling Velocity, Terminal Velocity and Deposition Velocity! For what I'm understanding this is just a question of choice of terminology by the authors, or am I mistaken? ![]() ![]() Do they represent different physical quantities? Thank you for your input. Best Regards, Rui |
