Asymmetry in SIMPLE-R algorithm

Default Asymmetry in SIMPLE-R algorithm

I'm trying to use the code i built based on SIMPLE-R for channel flow problem. When i run the code, its faster (???) than SIMPLE but the results are not right because i see asymmetry in the velocity field? What could be the problem?
