y+ value

hi, all

we know y+ = u_friction*y/v, but i got the y+ on the wall is not null, where the y is zero, isn't ? actually i wanna calculate the y+ on the first layer mesh, but when i place a point on it, the y+ equals to zero on the point.

p.s. i did it in FLUENT, please post your comments, thank you sincerely in advance.
