These look like typical university research codes. They will run easiest on linux systems and may well use libraries that are not easily available on Windows. If you are inexperienced at working with such codes then you should expect problems.

I don't know your position but perhaps the easiest way forward is to install linux and then compile and run the software as intended. Depending on what you find, moving it to Windows may or may not be practical. If you are mainly Windows based and your PC has enough memory installing a version of linux inside virtualbox is a flexible way to go about things.

Too thanks for your help:)
I will install Linux to test does it works or not. at (http://ptsg.egr.msu.edu/pub/codes/xo...an/sec5_2.html) installing this code is mentioned, as you can see, to run these codes g++, libg++, libtcl.a, libtk.a, libXpm.a is needed.I have found g++ for Linux/Unix. but I have problem with the others. do you know how I can get other libraries for Linux/Unix?
Regards:)

You install them using the package manager for your particular version of linux. Normally a graphical package manager is under system or administration or something similar. There will be help/support pages describing this sort of thing for your particular version of linux.
