How to increase skewness?

Without inflation, my skewness is just fine. It is about 0.84. But I need to capture the near wall effect. Inflation is needed. But after adding inflation, skewness just increase.
This is the picture of it. The circle part is causing the problem.

I tried slicing them and only focus on the middle surface. But the skewness is still bad.

What the heck are you talking about?? Please clarify your problem, equations you are solving, scheme you are using etc....

Basically I am trying to improve to mesh quality.
I am simulating a plate heat exchanger. I'm new in cfx and just trying to seek for some help. Other forumer suggests that I add inflation at the interface of the fluids. But the inflation layers cause bad quality mesh. Hope this explains.
