Without inflation, my skewness is just fine. It is about 0.84. But I need to capture the near wall effect. Inflation is needed. But after adding inflation, skewness just increase.
This is the picture of it. The circle part is causing the problem. https://www.dropbox.com/s/sr48h6me28drz9y/Untitled.jpg I tried slicing them and only focus on the middle surface. But the skewness is still bad. https://www.dropbox.com/s/dpvmdiq1uyw1niw/Untitled2.jpg |

I am simulating a plate heat exchanger. I'm new in cfx and just trying to seek for some help. Other forumer suggests that I add inflation at the interface of the fluids. But the inflation layers cause bad quality mesh. Hope this explains. |
