Default interface with different sector domains

Please let me know the answer for the following question.

I have a large domain connected with 10 equally space pipes at inlet and 36 unequally spaced pipes at exit. If I cut this domain somewhere in the middle and model a 36 sector for one half (as pipes are equally space and have periodicity) and include rest of the 360 deg part since the exit portion of it is unequally spaced. How do I model this.

I need to capture the inlet variation with influence of 36 pipes at exit keeping the mesh size small. If I do this way, How I'll treat the interface. Is there a way such that both these sub-domains communicate to each other during each step of iteration and get back at the end with a converged solution that is equivalent to full 360 deg model.

Does this kind used a multiblock solver.
