I have a doubt regarding interpolation.I'm solving a 2-dproblem where I have to calculate the value of pressure on te boundary using interpolation. The only form of interpolation I'm familiar with is lagrange interpolation. Is there a more efficient way of interpolating the data onto the boundary using a compact stencil of at least second order.

Thanks a lot

hi,

Try biquadratic interpolation. You can read it from Ye's and Udaykumar's paper about cartesian grid method to solve problem with complex geometry.
