Solid Edge

Hi!! I'm used to work with Ansys Design Modeler to repair some geometries for the CFD analyses, and find that the "fill" options of this software is very useful for CFD analyses, as I can create the "fluid" volume from the external geometry of the body. I'm now trying to learn Solid Edge. Does anybody know if in Solid Edge is there a feature similar to the one of Design Modeler to fill the volumes and obtain the fluid volume useful for the CFD analyses? How is this feature called? Thanks Micaela

Re: Solid Edge

Are you looking for the volume of a created body, making this equal to the fluid`s volume?

Re: Solid Edge

If I have for example the exterior volume of a valve, that may be used for structural analyses, I'm searching for the possibility of creating the internal volume of the valve (fluid volume), that can be used for the CFD analyses. And I'm looking if it is possible to create this automatically or in a very fast way.
