Hello ppl ,

I am trying to simulate a free falling sphere in a rectangular domain filled with fluid . I wanted to know what all the governing equations and how to couple it with the free falling body .

Naiver stokes equation + equations of motion which has to be simulated simultaneously .

The rigid body does not rotates.

So how to implement this coupling , ?

Any sort of information will be of great help

Thanks
