Hi at all, i do my thesis and i have to simulate the gas flow in a circuit breaker by using CFD-ACE. The problem is that the solver diverges. What i can do to solve this problem, what do you recommend to me? The inertial relaxations are set to 0,2 the linear relaxationen are set to 1. One time step takes 15E-06 sec.

uhm, did you try to refine your mesh? what kind of flow is it? did you use the proper schemes?
