Hello, i'm doing a numerical simulation over a 3D insect wing using ANSYS 14. the cross section of my model changes along the whole spanwise length. ANSYS Fluent at one place asks for the reference length. Now please tell me what reference length should i take. Should i take the mean chord length at all the cross sections as my reference length.

The mean chord should be sufficient.
