For a fully developed laminar flow in square duct, does anyone know the ratio of maximum velocity/bulk velocity? Thanks.

isn't the max flow at the centerline for fully developed flow equal to 1.5*Vin? I don't know if this applies to a a square duct though.

For a square duct you calculate the equivalent hydraulic diameter Dh=4*Area/(Wetted perimeter) and can do mean velocity calculations.Check any introductory book on fluid mechanics.
