International Master in Turbulence France

I am a student from US and I am thinking about applying to the Master in Turbulence program in France. The predecessor of this turbulence program in France was the Chalmers program in Sweden which is now non-existent.

My intention is to get a masters degree in this area so that I am prepared well for Phd.

If any of you students out there who have either completed the program or still in the program:
1) Is the program internationally recognized?
2) Were you able to get into good schools for Phd, provided your grades were good.
3)How many courses did you take per semester? There is the required courses like turbulence theory 1&2, and Turbulence modelling. How many technical electives per semester
4) Can you lay out your course schedule for the first two semesters so that I can get an idea of the work load?
5) Do you have time to do a part time job of 10 hr/week to pay for room and board?

Answers are much appreciated.

The program is in English and the website is in English. I understand the website. I was just asking about people's experience with the program.
