Multiphase CFD
 

Hello All,

some things are running in my mind from past few days. Can any1 help me in these issues ?

1) Why phase separation can't be observed with eulerian multiphase model in some cases ?

In some case studies, people used mixture velocity and enabled virtual mass. I dont know, mixture velocity is available in VOF model and virtual mass is in eulerian . Here, what type of model should i use ?

2) Any such parameters which are required to decide the multiphase model for oil water separators ?
