k epsilon model

For the first time, I am starting coding of turbulence model. So I picked a paper related to natural convection in a square cavity using standard k epsilon model. I have already done laminar flow analysis in the above mentioned test case.
Right now i have all equations with me but i m not getting how to implement equations of 'k' and 'epsilon' in my previous written code. So if anyone can help me regarding this model. Thanks.
