Hello Everyone,
Are there anyone who is proficient in "Surface Evolver" software developed by Dr. Ken Brakke ? I am trying to model droplet evaporation on a flat surface by using it and having some difficulties with the simulation.I believe my constraint definition isn't correct and need some help regarding that.I can't upload my datafiel(.fe file) here.Any response would be highly appreciated. |

Hello people,
It's probably very late to post a reply here, but may be someone else is facing similar problems. The simulation of droplets in Surface Evolver is pretty easy, but again on what type of surface do you want to study it. On a flat surface the application of constraints and energies is very simple. I would suggest to go through the "mound.fe" example. It should be available on the official site of the software (or just type mound.fe + surface evolver in google). |
