Problem with pdf reading(unable to get properties)

I have a problem when I try to run a non premixed solution to a furnace of a factory. All the times I try to iterate appear in the screen the following message: Unable to get properties. (pdf table properties) I don´t understand why because I do all the problem follow the tutorial...Anyone help me Thanks for the attention
