Default CFD code for Mac Xserve Intel cluster node?

I'm would like to use CFD to model flow in biological systems (i.e., swimming and feeding in fish). Does anyone know of a CFD package for that will operate on a Mac Xserve Intel cluster, and that will model 3-D flows at low Reynold's numbers?
