Hi,

I have a 3.12 GPA from Clemson University, Focus in Thermal And Fluid sciences.

My undergraduate is from IIT Delhi but my GPA there is 5.6/10

I want to obtain a PhD opportunity for sure. It is my aim. I cannot compromise. Again, it needs to be a funded position

1)Are there particular places I can apply?

2) What should be my approach in general
