We know in LES, energy-containing range and in DNS, dissipative range + energy-containing range are resolved. What about URANS?

Nothing, by definition. URANS is the statistical averaging of the fluctuating quantities. In other words, DNS is a real flow (real if your simulation is perfect). LES is a real flow for the resolved scales. URANS is no real flow at all (even with a perfect model). This is the result of a statistical operation from numerous real flows. A quantity picked up from a RANS simulation is not a physical real quantity. Consequently you cannot consider a turbulence spectrum which is based on real quantities.

You can find the perfect response to your question here:

clicking on "excerpt".

These are the first pages of the book of Sagaut on LES. There are also some nice pictures of the (qualitatively) resolved spectrum of LES, RANS and URANS.
