I am a Comet user, my main work is to compute free surface waves around ships. Do you know what could be a good VOF alternative to Comet in the market? (considering accuracy and price) thanks

Not happy with Comet? I think this type of application is exactly what Comet is initially build for. Maybe think about Phoenix as an alternative. Fluent, CFX and StarCD (bought Comet-technologie a couple of years ago) have also VOF. Price? Accuracy?

STAR-CD 4 has the comet model (HRIC differencing etc) as does STAR-CCM+

Both Fluent and CFX11 work well for this.
