need help! range of y plus and results of simulations

my simulation is about:
1. plain tube
2. turbulent flow
3. standard k - epsilon model
4. the working fluid is water
5. near wall treatment (STANDARD WALL FUNCTIONS)

my problems are:
1. i get y plus in range 19 - 20, while for standard wall functions y plus must be 30 - 60, how to increase y plus for getting y plus range in standard wall functions ?

2. what is the best mesh for circular tube?
