a new spectral method

hi i am working on a paper by sakai of japan. "a non oscillatory scheme based on an actual solution of advection diffusion equation". I studied the entire paper. the final equation of the scheme has exponential terms in it. a few numerical experimentations were worked out in the paper. but when i tried them, they arent working. all values are going to zero. and there is no way a solution can exist for such a scheme. i am totally confused. could someone with a good background in spectral schemes come forward. i will send u the entire scheme. please help. thanking you.
