Flow3d has such a capability, see: http://www.flow3d.com/flow3d/flow3d_why.html

Flomerics has also incorporated a similar approach but only for solid/solid and solid/fluid interfaces, not fluid/fluid.

Other research type activities include: http://cmmfa.mmu.ac.uk/MATIF/overview.html http://kns.wldelft.nl/abs-03-novel.html http://www.ingentaconnect.com/conten...00003/art00107 http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...&_coverDate=07%2F31%2F2006&_rdoc=1&_fmt=&_orig=search&_sort=d&vi ew=c&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_urlVersion=0&_us erid=10&md5=1be7d60aa2244ee53c44a1074f0b9ac5 http://pdf.aiaa.org/preview/CDReadyM...V2006_2522.pdf

If you think of coding yourself, then search for papers by Zalesky and others, you can find a long list in here:

Otherwise, if you want to use eithercommerical or free course (suggested for the power they have in actually looking at how the coding was done), I'd suggest CFX (commericla) and OpenFOAM (Freesource developed by 20 different universities). OpenFOAM uses the VOF approach in the free surface problems.
