coupling of LBM & LES?
 

Hi all,
Some studies have been done recently (is it?) on coupling the LES models with LBM, such that the LBM will be used for subgrid scale computation. There are claims that this m/d is "faster", but I could not find any paper except one as in Comp. Physics. Can anyone illustrate it please?
