posting exactly the same thing 1 day apart isn't going to get you an answer any quicker in fact it will just piss people off, be patient, if someone knows the answer they will tell you, if they don't try contacting kiva support....

I am not a web-admin if that is what you mean, but Forums generally have a sense of collective responsibility (I am sure Jonas will admit he is not omnipotent!) . In this way if someone is doing something that is likely to annoy (such as spamming to get an answer) then it usual practice for others to warn the spammer (you) as to the likely consequences and suggest a better course of action.....
