Modeling of pneumatic artificial muscles

Hi

I would like to model pneumatic artificial muscles. I am looking for a suitable software and I saw that with Ansys it is possible to model elastic membranes. Is it possible to use Ansys for modelin of nonlinear systems as pneumatic artificial muscles, balloons, elastic tubes (pipes)? I saw an example made by FluidFow (Fluent) Ansys. the example was related with the microfluidics. It is simulated a fluid, flowing into a solid microchannel. Is it possible to make the walls of the microchannel elastic?

Here is the link of the used example:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2UaA9xsDb4

Could you please give me an advise what kind of software I can use and where to find any tutorial or example related with my task?

Thank you
