Velocity in natural convection

dreamz Member Ashutosh Join Date: Jul 2013 Posts: 98 Rep Power: 12	I am simulating natural convection in a closed domain due to a heat generating plate. I get a maximum velocity of 0.5m/s. The domain is filled with air. What range of values can we expect to for velocity in natural convection? Is my value correct?
