Dear All, i'm new to CFD, can anyone help me understand and shed inputs what would be the best approach to set-up proper loading , boundary conditions and the analysis?.

Dear All, i'm new to CFD, can anyone help me to understand and shed inputs where to start how to set-up proper loading and boundary conditions?.

I am working on a water cooled heat sink for a igbt power module..
with below specs:
50/50 Water/Glycol
Coolant inlet temp 65C
Temp range (full performance) -40 to 85C
Ref flow rate 10 Ipm
Pressure drop on Power product 240kPa

Provided with above sink specs, I need to know then what would be the temperature of my module chip with a Heat power generated by the chip of say 300W.

Hope anyone can give a brief idea on possible approach to this analysis.

Sincerely,
Thata
