Hi guys im running my thesis on an interface between two rectangular ducts and an intermediate plate inbetween. The plate consists of protrusioned structures that complement dimpled curves in the rectangular pipes. I go the model to run without any dimples( the intermediate plate has no obstacles placed on it) but as as soon as i run it with any structure i get an error telling me the results could not be placed into the mesh. I know for a fact that the mesh is the issue. i tried ICEM but its too vast to learn in the small time period i have.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how i can go about this in CFX
