I wanted to knowe that, which solver is better? vertex based or cell centered? Can somebody pls take question?

I doubt there will be a lot of new answers to this very old question. You can find old answers in pretty much any introductory text on CFD. Take, for example, Ferziger's "Computational Methods for Fluid Dynamics".
