Hi all, quick question:
I have prepared a mesh and ran a simulation and when I display my contours of velocity, turbulence etc. I can only see the plots on the surfaces of the enclosure that I created, and cannot see inside the enclosure and the flow around the object of interest. Is there some way to make the enclosure transparent and view the contours of the flow field? I also have the same problem in the Meshing window.
Thanks

Try reposting this on the forum for the software you are using, as this is not a general CFD question. You don't mention which software it is in the message.

@ajr93:
If you are using fluent as your software, open cfd post. Their one option of volume rendering is provided. That will show you the variation in the enclosure.
However, the better method is to create a plane within the domain and plot a contour plot or streamline plot etc. over the plane. This you can do in fluent as well as cfd post.
Hope this helps..!
