transient case velocity and temperature problem
 

hi guys i'mm using fluent for modeling effectiveness of pulsed internal cooling so long story short when i'm solving in transient i change the velocity at the inlet of the cooling tube and i investigate the change in the temperature of the upper part of the arc ( attaching photo )the problem that
the velocity changes but the temperature remains the same as it isn't effected by any change in velocity even i'm using v= 0 still no change
