I have been looking to run my FDS models through “FDS Parallel”, however, when I try run a model through “FDS Parallel” an Error message pops up saying “Authorization Error, Aborting: connection to smpd rejected” Then indicates “invalid username or password”

I have sent an email to ThunderheadEngineering but they suggested I should change passwords etc. which I would rather not.

We have two modelling computers at work and one of the computers has the same issue I am having with the FDS Parallel, however, the second modelling computer has no problems and works fine.

Is there any additional programs i need to download etc to help run on FDS Parallel

Can anyone enlighten me on this issue?
