Is there any software which can convert a two dimensional graphical image of airfoil into data points.

Try Rhea-Emulus, currently one of our freeware tools. Emulus is a generic digitizer and also generates objects of revolution with the point information if desired.

U can try Profili too. It's used for airfoil editing etc.
