How can I buy Missile DATCOM?

Dear Friends,
I need to acquire latest version of Missile DATCOM software. However, I was unable to find a site/place to buy that software. Urgent help needed!

Using Google I was able to find the Wikipedia article on this topic and it explains how this is distributed: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missile_Datcom
It's essentially free, but it seems that it should not be distributed outside of the USA. |
