Is there any public domain software package for calculating all the eigenvalues and eigenvectors for a real nonsymmetric sparse matrix?

Do you want the code in fortran or C?.For you can do these computations in matlab,scilab or octave.

Yes, I want it in fortran or in C. Dense matrix eigenvalue solvers are available in LAPACK routines but I am looking for sparse solvers which can take advantage of the sparsity of the matrix.
