Why AR is diffrent for solver & preprocessor?

Default Why AR is diffrent for solver & preprocessor?

Hi I have done mesh in icem, and exported to star. In icem AR is in between 0 to 1, while solver gives me in between 1 to 500. What is diff between these two ? Am I doing something wrong?
