3D Euler equation

Where can I find the 3D euler equations in conservation form and in cylindrical corrdinates?

Anderson, Tanheill and pletcher has the Navier-Stokes equations in both strong and weak conservative form.Also the books of hoffman and chiang,fletcher etc. also has them.
