Hello everyone!
Allow me to get straight to the point. I have two domains on top of each other. The top domain has air flow in it. The bottom domain is a solid which has pores open to the domain above (it is a mesh obtained directly from CT scans). But since some of the pores run across the entire height of the bottom domain, we have air penetration in the bottom domain too. Up to now, I have managed to simulate this much with simpleFoam.
Now I want to introduce water into the solid domain and then try to analyze how the solid dries due to the air flow above (forced convective evaporation). I am not specifically interested in tracking the waterfront. My parameters of interest would be the heat and mass fluxes at the air/solid interface.
Can anyone please suggest which solvers to combine, if any? At the moment, what comes to my mind is simpleFoam+conjugateHeatFoam+interPhaseChangeFoam.
