Y plus and Skin friction,free stream velocity of radiator fans?
 

Hi,
how to find Skin friction,free stream velocity for fan rotating at 3600 rpm. The surface Y plus is to be calculated using formula in the link and also help me to choose correlation to calculate skin friction for axial flow fans.
